Class Descriptions

Basics -
Perfect for students new to yoga and for the experienced practitioner.  Pace is a little slower as we work with the fundamentals of alignment and breath.  Basic yoga postures build core strength and flexibility.

Mixed - All levels of students are welcome!  Instructions will help newer students at the appropriate level while giving challenging variations to poses for more experienced students.

Beyond Gentle Yoga - This class is open to all prenatal and postnatal yoga students as well as those people looking for a little more than our gentle yoga class.  This is also a great class for a beginning student just getting into the practice of yoga.  It is a gentle and safe yoga practice for most practitioners.  The classes are designed with each individual taken into consideration.  Relaxing as well as helping to develop a sense of well being and optimizing physical health. 

Gentle & Therapeutic - Join us each week as we focus on the therapeutic benefits of yoga.  Learn how to gain strength and flexibility by using proper alignment in the most basic yoga poses.  Each week we will focus on a different area of the body where most people tend to develop acute or chronic pain (arms & shoulders, neck & spine, hips, and ankles, feet, knees & legs).  A safe and encouraging environment will be established.  Come join us and see if you can learn how to help yourself!

 

Rates

We offer a variety of payment options to fit your needs:

Regular Members 
 
$44/mo. (1 class/week) plus benefits (see below) Best Value - $10/class

Class Cards
  $60/5 sessions - expires in 2 months - $12/class
  $110/10 sessions - expires in 4 months - $11/class

Drop In
 
$14 ($10 if signed up as a regular student)

Private Sessions
  $50/hr, ($30 for mini half hour follow up session)
    +$20/student for semi-private session
 

Regular Member Benefits:

    -$44/mo. (1 class/week) 
    -
add a second class/week for $35/mo. 
    -drop-in on an extra class for only $10 
    -ongoing classes, sign up at any time and rates will be prorated 
    -bring a new guest for half price drop-in rate 
    -private sessions are $45 for you or immediate family members ($5 savings) 
    -mini-workshops - $5 off 
    -purchase a series for friends/family member - $5 off
 
    -become a part of our Referral Program: sign up a friend as a Regular Member for one month and you will both receive a coupon for the following month at half price
(*can only use one coupon at a time) 
    -you will have one month to make up a missed class (this benefit is only available if you are signed up as a Regular Member)


Policies
     A regular student may drop in on any yoga class for $10/class.
    A regular student has one month to make up a missed class as long as they keep their Regular Member status.
    When we have a scheduled closing or close during inclement weather, the student will have one month to make up a class.
    Please call the studio for a recorded message or check the website for closings due to inclement weather.
    Please give 24 hours notice for cancellation of a private session.
